JM Supply, operated by JM DISTRIBUTOR LLC, provides wholesale distribution services to businesses in New Britain, Connecticut and the surrounding region. These terms govern all transactions and interactions with our company.
To place orders with us, you may need to register for a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or adjust the order with notice to you.
Payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. New accounts may require prepayment or credit card processing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate permitted by Connecticut law.
We ship from our New Britain, CT warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 12:00 PM within our local service area and is subject to product availability.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns for stock items may be accepted within 14 days with prior authorization, subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders and specialty items are non-returnable.
JM Supply and JM DISTRIBUTOR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
